Delivery
For UK standard delivery, the charge is £6.95 for flower orders under £30. But we'll deliver free of charge for all orders £30 and over. A brilliant excuse to get a few more stems!
You won't need to wait long for your beautiful artificial flowers to reach you... Just 7-10 working days for stem only orders in the UK, except pre-order products which are ready in about 3 weeks. Flower arrangements tend to be delivered within 21 working days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Let us know if you need your order by a particular date and we will endeavour to accommodate you.
International Delivery
It's no problem if you live abroad. We'll deliver pretty much anywhere in the world! Prices start at £15 but we'll provide the exact price at checkout when you enter the delivery address.
The delivery time will depend on your location, but to be safe it's best to allow about 7-10 days for your stems to make the trip and around 3 weeks for arrangements to be made and shipped.
Returns
We're certain that you'll love your gorgeous faux flowers. But if you're not completely happy, we offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of your delivery. Please note bespoke orders are non returnable.
If you do want to return an item, it needs to be unused and in its original condition and packaging. To return your product, simply post it (along with a copy of your original order) to:

The small print: You'll have to pay your own shipping costs - which are non-refundable - for returning your item. Also if you are returning items from abroad export and import duties will have to be paid by yourselves.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll email you straight away to let you know.
Provided you're approved, we'll automatically credit your original method of payment. The time it takes to appear in your account will vary, depending on your card issuer.
