If you do want to return a qualifying item, it needs to be unused and in its original condition and packaging. To return your product, simply post it (along with a copy of your original order) to:

The small print: You'll have to pay your own shipping costs - which are non-refundable - for returning your item. Also if you are returning items from abroad export and import duties will have to be paid by yourselves.
